This Legal Notice regulates the use of the Services and Contents that EDP ESPAÑA S.A.U., with registered office in Oviedo Plaza del Fresno, 2, 33007, with Tax ID number A33473752, hereinafter, “EDP“, registered in the Commercial Registry of Asturias, under Volume 2907, Book 0, Folio 192, section 8ª, Page AS-14614, entry 32, offers through the URL , hereinafter “the web” or “the web site”.

Conditions of access and use

EDP makes available to Internet users the website www.www.comunidadentama.com in order to disseminate information about ENTAMA, the main program of the Local Communities Action Plan of EDP Spain SA. Users may access the website free of charge, although some of the contents and services of the site may require the prior registration of the user under the terms detailed in the Particular Conditions of the same.

The access and/or use of the site www.www.comunidadentama.com attributes to the user the condition of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in the conditions, warnings and other legal notices contained in these clauses, as well as in the Special Conditions that may supplement, replace or modify them in any way in relation to the services and contents of the web. Consequently, the user must carefully and thoroughly read this document in its entirety at the very moment he/she intends to use the website, as it may be subject to changes.

EDP reserves the right to update, modify, temporarily suspend, eliminate or restrict the content and configuration of the website at any time, as well as the links or the information obtained through it without prior notice, and without assuming any liability whatsoever.

The user undertakes to use the services and contents in accordance with current legislation and principles of good faith and generally accepted customs, as well as not to violate public order with their actions through the website, and especially not to undermine or violate the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized constitutionally and in the rest of the legislation. EDP is not responsible for the misuse of the information and/or services provided through the website, being the sole responsibility of the user who accesses them or uses them improperly.

Exclusion of guarantees and responsibilities for the operation of the website and its services.

Nevertheless, EDP declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the functioning of the website and to minimize system errors.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law.

For any questions that may arise in relation to the contents of the website and on the application and compliance with the provisions herein, EDP and the user submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user’s domicile. In the event that the user is domiciled outside the Spanish Territory, EDP and the user agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Oviedo, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
